Being an engineer, I admit I was a shade dubious of having Bowen Treatment as it doesn’t involve the normal energetic massage or manipulation. But following an initial course of three treatments to address lower back, knees and feet issues, I feel like a new man! I now schedule monthly treatments to maintain a healthy body, with the added pleasure of a reason to stop for an hour and relax the mind. Highly recommended.
